Welcome Counsellor Based in West London, Ealing
Choosing to start counselling can sometimes feel like a huge leap of faith; equally, the outcomes can be greatly rewarding.
Choosing to start counselling can sometimes feel like a huge leap of faith; equally, the outcomes can be greatly rewarding.
Working with a counsellor can empower you by enhancing your awareness of your personal experiences current or past, equipping you with the tools needed to foster growth and navigate life's challenges effectively.
As a humanistic counsellor, I aim to provide this for individuals by fostering self-awareness and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment. My approach emphasizes exploring current thoughts and feelings, at times reflecting on similar patterns from past experiences and helping you connect with your authentic self.
Together, we will tailor our work to your unique needs, whether you are facing anxiety, relationship challenges, or personal transitions.
By building a trusting therapeutic relationship, I encourage openness and self-compassion, guiding you toward meaningful change. If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and fulfillment, I invite you to reach out.

My aim during our sessions is to provide a warm, safe space in which you feel supported in the process of self-exploration. This space is highly confidential, and without judgment, I offer to sit side by side with you as we attempt to unpack what may be troubling you, whether it’s related to addiction counselling or therapy for anxiety. I follow your pace and tailor the sessions, adapting my skills to your needs, thereby ensuring a personalized approach to counselling.
I am trained in Humanistic Counselling, so I incorporate a blend of Person-Centered, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt theory into my work.
I have worked with clients who have current or past experiences of anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, sexual abuse, bereavement, work-related stress and burnout, low self-esteem, abuse, relationship problems, family issues, feeling sad, health anxiety, loneliness, ADHD, learning difficulties, and carer support. If you recognize any of these experiences within yourself, perhaps we could work together.
Our first session will focus on what may have led you to seek counselling, including details about your personal history and your current situation. I offer both long-term open-ended counselling and short-term options. The duration of our work together will depend on your reasons for coming to counselling, we discuss this during our first session then continue to evaluate our progress throughout our time together.
My cancellation policy for therapy sessions is 48 hours. If you cancel within this time, the full fees will apply. For more details, please see the full Terms and Conditions.
